Small changes and additions to a great model

Hello, Here I want to show you the changes and small additions to my E-Type.

😍 That is absolutely fabulous what you achieved with these modifications!!!! (and when I see the original parts, I'm a bit  disappointed to see such shortcuts on a model this size)

What are the loudspeakers? They are fantastic! Will you use these instead of the sound module?

These are from an old in-ear headphone, I removed the case. I connected this to a Bluetooth module in the tank, so I can play radio music from my mobile phone. The original circuit board remains as it is.

Well done; those enhances do improve the look of the engine and interior, I especially like the battery cable ends-did you make all these parts your self, or are they available aftermarket pieces,  I'd purchase them .

Die Polklemme habe ich selbst aus einem kleinen Stück Plastik gefeilt. Zum Glück war es nur einer, da der Pluspol unter einer Abdeckung ist, die ich auch selbst abgelegt habe.

Ich habe das Bluetooth-Modul für wirklich wenig Geld (3,87 Euro) bei EBay gekauft. Es funktioniert perfekt.

If someone is looking for a glass container for the cleaning water, I still have some. We would only have to agree on the postage.

With my JAG it continued in the interior, more precisely on the dashboard.

I'll show you all the pictures one after the other, just let me know if you have any questions...

Even if it's not typical for an E-Type, I think the new look in wood goes very well with the steering wheel.

Impressive work on the dashboard; someone should make this as an upgrade kit, particularly the rocker switch area where the kit piece has the switches molded in..............

Beautiful work! For the arm on the motor starter how did you make it? Did you use a scroll saw to cut the oval shape and mill out the interior bits?

Hello,

here I looked for pictures of the original, there seem to be many variations here. I liked this one.

The part is made of 1 mm plastic sheet. recorded, cut out and sanded to size. actually relatively simple.

no, I simply cut something out roughly with a cutter knife or scissors and then sand it down with files and sandpaper.
