Hi, Another option for the space limited is to display it admiralty style, IE without the masts and associated rigging. The hull with all the ships boats would make for an outstanding display just by itself! Food for thought... Best, Mark

Stage 57, fitting the dual air intake and washer fluid reservoir Start by fitting the washer fluid reservoir cap to the fluid tank. secure the cap with a PS02 screw. Then place the reservoir against the left side of the body work. The tank is shaped to fit the body. Next, position the air intake ductwork to the body and from the underside, screw in place with 2 DS02 screws. Then fit the intake cover into place, noting the two different sized pins. Press it firmly into place. Stage and pack finished! -

Stage 56, Building the brake servo Start with assembling the master cylinder with the brake fluid reservoir. The reservoir is secured with e PS16 screw. Next, add the previous assembly to the Brake servo chamber, and fix in place with a PS14 screw, Then add the pressure chamber to the assembly, fixing in place with another PS14 screw. Now, place the clutch master cylinder into place and screw it down with a PS14 screw. Lastly, place the entire assembly into position on the shaped tab, and secure it from underneath with yet another PS14 screw. Stage finished! -

Stage 55, Preparing the front body screw. We start with assembling the bonnet support. Slide two parts together and fix with a DS38 screw. make sure that the slide is not too tight! Then mount the assembly to the right side of the body, paying attention to the positioning of the support. There is an indent in the body to accommodate the support that receives the larger end. Stage complete! -

Stage 54, Assembling the left door Start by adding the door interior frame to the previous assembly. Then snap the interior door panel into place, starting with the lock side of the door. It will click into place. Stage finished! -

Stage 53, Building the left door interior panel Start by adding the interior trim panel. Place it in position, and fix it down with 2 PS05 screws. Next, take the door handle and chrome trim piece and press them together. Then place the assembly into position on the door panel. secure it with another PS05 screw. Lastly, Mount the interior door handle. This has a shaped connection point, so it will fit only one way. Screw it down with a PS09 screw. Stage finished! -

Stage 52, Fitting the left door window and hinge Using the assembly from the previous step, fit the hinge into place, paying attention to the orientation of the hinge. (beveled side down!) Next, place the hinge plate into position and secure it in place with a DS05 screw. Make sure that this screw is tight! Next, mount the window into position, and secure with 2 more DS05 screws, ensuring that the screws are tight. Stage finished! -
Stage 51, Fitting the left door handle and lock mechanism Start by placing the door handle into position. this is held in place with a PS02 screw from the backside of the door. Next, fit the door lock bracket into place, and fix it into place with 2 DS06 screws. Now, slide the spring over the short end of the door latch and then insert it under the door lock bracket. Once the latch is in place, compress the spring with the larger bracket, and fix the bracket into place with 2 DS06 screws. Pay attention to the shape of the bracket here! Stage 50, Fitting the bulkhead glass frame First, you'll need the glass from stage 49. Start this stage by pressing the glass into the frame included in stage 50. Next, place the glass frame into position on the rear bulkhead, and secure it in place with 4 PS05 screws. Stage finished! -

Stage 49, adding the seat belts Start by orienting the right hand seat belt so that the long end goes to the bulkhead, and the short end to the cockpit floor. Also, the buckle needs to face inwards. Feed the short end through the floor, and secure it to the molded in screw post on the underside of the cockpit floor with a PS screw. Next, feed the long end through the bulkhead and secure it to the screw post on the backside of the bulkhead with another PS screw. Now, repeat for the other side! Stage finished. -

Stage 48, Attaching the bulkhead This stage starts with the attachment of the interior light to the bulkhead. The light is a pressfit, so there are no screws involved in this step. Next, the transmission tunnel cover is installed with 2 PS05 screws from the backside. Lastly, the bulkhead is screwed to the cockpit floor with 4 PS screws. Take care to ensure that the sides of the cockpit floor are flush with the bulkhead. Stage finished! -

Stage 47, Fitting the seat cover and fixing the seats Start by wrapping the seat cover around the seat base. This sort of "clips" onto the seat across the bottom. Next, place the seat on the left hand side of the cockpit floor, and then secure it from the underside with 2 PS05 screws. Now, repeat this last step with the right hand seat. Stage finished! -

Stage 46, Fitting the seat cushion and backrest This stage starts pretty much like stage 45, with the fitting on the seat cushion. Peel off one side of the paper on the tape, and affix it to the seat cushion base. Then, making sure the cushion is in the correct orientation, peel the other sides paper off, and firmly press the cushion onto the tape. Next, we join the two parts of the seat together with 2 PS05 screws. Stage complete!
