Knight Rider K.I.T.T. Flocked inner floor panel

Recommended Posts

I focked the inside floor of the K.I.T.T instead of gluing the carpet in.
To do this, I first painted the inner floor with beige paint, and then sprinkled the flock material into the wet paint...
Finally, I fixed the flock with hairspray..
This can be implemented on any model...

Very nice. How durable is it when handling?

It's bombproof... Sure, you shouldn't scratch it...

but you would have to scratch with a lot of force, the base coat with which these flakes are glued is normal paint, so the durability of the surface is accordingly. In any case, normal finger marks are not a problem.
