A question for the experts.

Hello:  Just wondered if anyone could help with this.  Does anyone know of a person or company that can change the body color of an existing partwork?  Hypothetically speaking, if someone wished to change the body color of the Fanhome Dodge Challenger from black to possibly....orange.  My painting skills are not nearly at the level to pull that off.  I contacted a powder coating company but they didn't think that they could do it either.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.  BB

Hello...
If you can't do it yourself, the price will be almost unaffordable because it's a lot of work....
First you could remove the paint from the metal parts yourself with a liquid paint remover...
Basic requirement...Plastic parts must all be sanded wet ...
Then any car painter can repaint it...

Thanks.  I'm going to keep looking for someone to do the complete job.  I love assembly but not a big fan of painting.

I repainted the Mercedes L1113 from blue to pebble beige.
It was a lot of work. All parts were lightly sanded and then painted with the spray can, worked well.

I'm planning to do that too. I'll prep the parts as much as possible and then I'll bring it to garage where they paint cars.... job done! Price is cheap if you opt for a colour they're already painting a car with...
