Stage 83 gives us some bulkheads and an LED board.

Screw the brackets to the two bulkheads.

Screw these bulkheads to the front of the bridge deck.

Screw the remaining four brackets to the parapet.

Fit this to the front of the bridge deck.

It looks like this from the top.

Turn the part over and fit the LED board to the bottom.

This completes the stage.
