I cannot get the lower deck to fit on the chassis, I think it could be A bin job as I have tried everything, loosen screws, tighten screws.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I did the original hachette build Malcom, I don't remember any problem with the lower deck fitting, stating the obvious, but have you checked that the chassis is true to shape, i.e. square.

I remember one of the cross members was slightly bent, but luckily I noticed it before I fit it, and hachette sent me a new piece.

Also check the mountings that they are all clean and free from debris, and sometimes it can even be down to the paint be too thick on a certain part.

But gentle persuasion should work with the deck, if you can't get any joy here, write to Agora customer services, I'm sure they will help.
