Parts for improvement / upgrade / modifications

Hello,

because I want to repaint and upgrade my 300 SL, I'm looking for Modz.

Photo-etched parts for the star and the lettering would be the beginning, but there is definitely more to come here and there. Carpets, seats, leather, engine parts etc. etc. etc.
So if you know the supplier, please post here, the usual suppliers unfortunately have nothing in their range for the 300 SL.

Does nobody really know a provider who offers, for example, photo-etched parts or other accessories or modifications for the 300 SL?
I want to start building and repainting and definitely need new parts for the lettering and logos.

Oddly, there isn't really anything available on the aftermarket for this kit.

Yes, I noticed that during my long search.
Parts are offered for so many models but not for the 300 SL, apparently there aren't many fans or the kit is just perfect and nothing needs to be improved.
Too bad for those like me who will be repainting it and need new lettering.

Keep an eye on Bruddah, s build. He is repainting it to black, and salvaged all the decals, save the one on the hood, which is being printed up by a member of our local club. I'll ask him if he can describe the process of saving the decals.
