Pack 10 - Stage 79. More work on the display pedestal.

Stage 79 gives us parts for another lifter and another part of the pedestal.

Insert the two shafts and the slider into the lifter base that was supplied in stage 71.  Deburr the ends of the shafts with a fine file if necessary.

Please the frame over the body and shafts, then insert the support bar.  The frame is secured to the base with 6 screws.

Take the limit switch assembly from stage 69.  Loosen the 4 screws and slide the limit switches as close together as they will go, then re-tighten the screws.

Fit the limit switch assembly to the base.  Slide the slider up and down and make sure you can hear a click as the slider operates the limit switches.  If you can't hear a click, remove the limit switch assembly and the limit switch that isn't clicking.  Cut a card spacer to fit under the limit switch to space it out a little.  Then reassemble the parts and confirm that the limit switches are clicking.  

Fit the pedestal wall to the pedestal using corner bracket that was supplied in stage 71.

This completes the stage.
