Pack 3 - Stage 16. Velocity stacks (2)

Stage 16 gives us the second set of velocity stacks and throttle bodies.

Assembly is  similar to the previous stage.

Fit the flanges to the throttle body top.

Fit the end caps.

Screw the throttle bodies bottom in place.

Now fit the alternator support arm.  This is a push fit, but needed a firm push!  There was a prominent mould mark on the support arm base, which I trimmed off and then repainted the bracket with some silver paint.

Finally, fit the throttle bodies followed by all 6 velocity stacks.  As before, these are secured with screws inserted through the exhaust port.

This completes the stage.
