Mark B
Hi, I am after advice from you professional modelers out there. I love building the Routemaster, as I have been a massive fan of the bus ever since I was a kid. But I have large hands, more suitable for working on the 1:1 Actual Bus! I have broken off a few things during the build. But the worst has to be the tabs used to secure the roof frame to the upper deck body sides (pictured). I have glued them back on. But will they be strong enough to support the roof weight and the metal body sides? I don't want a Routemaster with sagging bodywork, so should I order new body sides to be safe? Thanks, Mark. Giddykippa
i wouldn't worry too much as there is a solid metal frame skeleton that fits to bodywork and roof that's then secured together that will hold everything secure .. i have sausage fingers too but just got to take things slowly
SGTRY
The only thing that broken on me was the corner mirror top screw. The plastic hole could of done being slightly thicker instead of a thin tab.
