Pack 2 - Stage 9. Right hand cylinder head.

Stage 9 gives us the right cylinder head and a pair of cutters.

Take the cam covers and screw them to the cylinder head.  They can only go on one way.

Cut 12 spark plugs from the fret and glue them into the holes in the head.  My photo only shows 4 plugs, but I'm sure you ge the drift.

Glue the two end shields to the head.  I needed to scrape the paint from the end of the end shields so that they would sit properly again the head.

Before scraping the paint.  You can see the gap!

After scraping the excess paint.  A much better fit!

Glue 4 of the cylinders in place.

Fit the cylinder head assembly to the block, which already has 2 cylinders fitted.  The head is secured with two screws that go into the two cylinders.

Fit the water pump hose to the pin on the head.  I glued this hose now. Tiny drops of super glue are all that's needed.

That completes stage 9.
