Pack 2 - Stage 6. Left side of the gearbox.

Stage 6 gives us the left side of the gearbox (more correctly called a transaxle).

First off, screw the mounting bracket to the housing.

Now we move on to the flexible joint.  Fit the cross piece into the fork and screw it in place with 2 screws.

Now add the second fork and screw this in place.  Don't over-tighten the screws in the cross piece and the cross piece should be able to move.

Now screw the completed joint to the inner flexible disc.

Add the other half of the flexible disc and secure with 2 screws.

Now fit the cordon socket to the flexible disc.

Now fit this assembly to the gearbox housing.  Don't over-tighten it as it needs to be free to rotate.

Screw the two halves of the gearbox together with 2 screws.

Add the rear gearbox cover from stage 5.

Finally, add the exhaust pipe bracket from stage 5.

This completes this stage.
