Pack 5 - Stage 39. The left aileron.

Stage 39 gives us the left aileron.

This shows how the metal hinges fit on the shaft.

Fit them in the grooves in the aileron base.

Then fit the keep plate with 4 screws.

Make sure that the cables are not going to foul the aileron base.

Screw the base in place with 2 screws and clip it in place near the wing tip.  You can slide the shaft in place after the base is fitted.

Place the bottom half of the aileron in position.

Make sure that the operating lever is placed correctly.

Now glue the aileron top in place. 

(Picture to follow.... not that I forgot to take the photo or anything........)

That completes stage 39.
