Stage 38 gives us the flaps.

Take the left (port) flap and and put it in place.  Note that the pin on the inboard end fits in the actuator on the mechanism fitted in the previous stage.  The bearings need to be slide along the shaft until he align with the recesses in the flap.

Now screw the top plate in place to hold it all together.

Repeat on the right (starboard) side.

Now check that the flaps still operate freely.

That completes stage 38.
