Just wondering how difficult it would be to produce an RML version. Could you get away with just adding the additional panels in the middle or would you have to create new dies for bigger pieces.

I’d say they would have to create new tooling. If they just added the centre section, it would create a weak spot along the length of the bus.

with RML being a tad under 2 1/2 ft longer than the RM for the addition of 1 extra row of seats up and downstairs i bet a talented modeller could easily adapt the RM857 model especially if they had some extra donor parts from another model would be interesting to see ive seen somebody convert one into a recovery vehicle half RM half tow truck
