On with Pack 5.  This pack makes great progress as we virtually complete the front subframe and engine assembly.  Quite a lot to do in this pack.

Stage 32 gives us the steering components.

We start with the anti roll bar.  Add the links to the end of the bar.

This assembly fits into the front subframe.

Here's close-up of the fixing.

And a close-up of where the link connects to the wishbone.

Now add the anti roll bar bracket.  I found this very fiddly.  I cleared out some flash and/or paint from the small locating hole, and it did go in with a good push.  You could just cut off the pin if it's giving you too much trouble.  It doesn't really do anything.

We continue stage 32 with fitting the engine.

51923725213_9ded5a0821_b.jpg

These are the two securing screws on the underside.

51923964059_d640335d0a_b.jpg

Add the oil filter.  Don't be tempted to twist this to get it to go on.  You're likely to break off the securing pin.  However, if you do, there is a fairly easy fix.  You will need a bit of wire about the same diameter as the broken pin, and a drill the same size as the wire.  Drill out the broken pin from the filter and drill a hole the same size where the pin broke off from.  Glue a piece of wire into the filter holder, then glue the filter onto the wire.  Sand the wire to get a stronger glue join.

Add the cooling water hose and the header tank cap and breather pipe.  The breather pipe end id pushed into a hole in the engine.

The radiator hose fits onto the hose from the water pump.

Turn the model over and fit the sump.  This needs to be an easy fit as this is the battery cover.  Mind was a bit tight and I needed to scrap a bit of paint off.  Be careful though as it will fall off if it's too loose.

Stage 33 gives is the radiator.

Surprisingly, my cowl was deformed, and I'm waiting on a replacement, which I'm sure will arrive quickly.  Always good customer service from Agora.

I've decided to continue with the assembly, and will come back and fit the cowl later.

Assemble the radiator.

Add the hose.

51923962949_11064a3754_b.jpg

Now screw the radiator in place, making sure the hoses are all correctly located.  This is a bit fiddly!

Stage 34 gives us the front bulkhead.

51923724278_a283eaa008_b.jpg

I did a test fit at this stage.  It's much easier to get the fit right without any of the fittings in place!

51908207077_e24741b815_b.jpg

I did find that I needed to scrape the paint to off the four inner posts to get a good fit.

Stage 35 gives us details for the bulkhead.

51923962964_1f82c8e2c2_b.jpg

Fit the clip to the fuel filter.  I needed a spot of superglue to hold this in place.  Just a tiny drop on the bottom of the filter to hold the wire.

51923962684_f8f5854a07_b.jpg

Fit this to the bulkhead.

51923628256_50487bec5c_b.jpg

Add the vacuum tank and the fluid reservoirs.

51909263978_ee40a2d8fc_b.jpg

Then add the hydraulic and fuel pipes. These and the vacuum hose really need gluing, but I glued them after the bulkhead was fitted to the subframe.

51909261363_ee32b1330f_b.jpg

Add the brake servo unit and vacuum hoses.

51909803195_8e086e33dd_b.jpg

Stage 36 gives us more bulkhead fittings.

51908201197_78c9e00f84_b.jpg

Assemble and fit the heater motor assembly.

51909487924_c60f22bf62_b.jpg

Add the wire motor and throttle linkage.

51908208917_3a2b29ae83_b.jpg

Add the engine stabiliser mounting.

51909496089_ec79746758_b.jpg

Assemble and fit the windscreen washer bottle.

51908205612_2dbba79324_b.jpg

Add the heater control valve.

51909490554_38d7de05c6_b.jpg

Add the voltage control box.

51908199772_00889e6dd9_b.jpg

Add the washer bottle pipe.  The colour of this pipe is perfect!  I wish somebody would sell this in various thicknesses as it would be perfect for hydraulic pips for other model cars and bikes.

51909805655_1b7c755fee_b.jpg

Stage 37 gives us more engine bay fittings.

51908208077_827577ab50_b.jpg

Fit the bulkhead to the subframe.  Watch for the steering column and the throttle rods.  Tighten up all 8 screws.

51909263858_017c14c837_b.jpg

Fit the cables to the battery, then fit this to the mud shield.

51909261373_4a3d93df15_b.jpg

Now fit this tot he subframe, making sure that the cable sits in the hole in the voltage control unit.

51909803260_15cff92d57_b.jpg

Glue the other end of the hydraulic cables into the hole in the subframe.

51909175691_4df2f37f34_b.jpg

Glue the vacuum pipe to the inlet manifold.   At this stage, I glued all the cables in place.

51909489894_52c25e7888_b.jpg

Fit the right hand mud shield.

51908199187_a0ca927f4e_b.jpg

Fit the two gearbox mounts.

51909805635_af03dbec6a_b.jpg

This completes the engine bay assembly, and it looks fantastic!

51909265158_fc5914dffc_b.jpg

Another shot, because it's worth it!!

51909263078_fbe8ef1d42_b.jpg

The rest of the pack is another wheel.  The assembly is a repeat of the first wheel so I won't repeat myself.  Just photos of the parts provided and the finished wheel.

Stage 38 gives is the wheel rim and inner spokes.

51908210742_c246124079_b.jpg

Stage 39 gives us the hub, securing ring and spokes.

51908210742_c246124079_b.jpg

Stage 40 gives us the inner wheel rim, spacer and more spokes.

51923626106_dafea482a8_b.jpg

The completed wheel.

51909176341_dd268a0aa7_b.jpg

This completes Pack 5.  Roll on Pack 6!!
