When do we get updated to the agora master badge?

Oh, the other question that comes to mind, in the email when I got the Agora Elite badge, it says personalised license plates with every new car built. Well I built the Cobra.. how does the personalised plates work?

Surely would, however both the badges and the personalised plates were something put in place by Agora, I would have thought some general information about when and/or how it works would have gone out to all who fall into the category, not reliant on us to contact you individually.
