  1. My one also didn't seem to fit flush but it still looks okay.
  2. I did the same but, i was fortunate that i was able to bend it back in shape as it hadn't broken off.
  3. Well spotted. The instructions does state it's an oil filter, but I agree it's a start motor. I wonder if I should leave the connecting pipe off? When I eventually receive the part.
  4. Great post, I wish my pack 3 would hurry up now.
  5. I was really unhappy at not receiving a pack last month and made my views very clear on FB groups, although some people disagreed with my comments. But I fully understand how you will be feeling. What i will say is the kit meets or passes my expectations and i'm sure your pack will arrive real soon.
  6. Here's some pictures of my DB5 build, This is my first part work build and I'm impressed with the quality of the kit, allowing me to paint and weather the model to my own spec. It's been over forty years since my last model (Airfix) and this one has rekindled my interest in model building again. Thank you Agora.
  7. I also seen the teaser photo's in the news letter. The top one is the 007 Lotus Esprit S1 from the Spy who loved me, but i don't recognise the other one.
  8. After listening to Agora Models Chief Executive James Franks on an excellent podcast with David Howell and Wayne Green. Mr Franks dropped a clue to a new model build. He said it would be celebrating an anniversary next year. Now after talking about 007 vehicles and acquiring licenses, this made me think that a book written 60 years ago next year by Sir Ian Fleming and was later turned into a film by Albert R Broccoli., was named after the magical car called Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.. anyone fancy a bet?
  9. Pack 2 instructions are now available online. wow! The details on the engine head is fantastic, even down to the ignition leads which originally were green. Nice work Agora. There also seems to be plenty in this pack to keep DB5 builders busy this month.
  10. I have just been informed, DB5 pack 2 will be shipping early next week.
  11. Just received an email from Agora with a list of models available with the full 12 packs, I'd rather they concentrated on getting this months pack of the DB5 delivered to my door rather than anymore sales pitch. As a matter of interest has anyone received their 2nd DB5 pack yet.?
  12. Hi, I must be in the minority. I prefer the instructions as a PDF. I always have access to them on my mobile for any quick reference but mainly for being able to zoom in and out of details on my Ipad during a build. not to mention once the model is finished, i'm not left with pile of magazines.
  13. Hi, i have seen a post on Facebook stating the instructions for fitting the door hinges along with the photos are not correct and are fitted the wrong way around.. Can anyone clarify the correct procedure. Scott Allan.
