Here are three videos so you can see what should happen when you run the electrics tests from Pack 2, Stage 18:

In this first video you can see what happens during the 'initialization' phase when the test switch is first turned on. The turret should turn all the way to starboard and 'click' several times. the turret then returns to the forward-facing position:

 

In the second video of the testing from Pack 2 Stage 18 of the Bismarck we see what happens when the turret test is run. All three turret functions are carried out simultaneously: rotation, elevation and firing:

 

In the third of the three tests  you should see the anchor winches turn clockwise and anticlockwise for short periods of time. They do not pull the chains all the way, just a short distance to test.
