Missing parts that are taking months to replace

I am wondering if anyone is having a problem getting parts sent out because you are missing some from your build? 
I have been waiting for a missing part to be sent to me since July 26, 2023. Today is October 22, 2023 and I’m still waiting for my part . I can not go any further on my build until this part arrives. I am building the ROUTEMASTER BUS and the part that I’m missing is the battery pack and circuit board (Stage 56). I can not understand why this part is taking so long to be sent to me. I have emailed Agora at least 15 times and each time it’s a different answer. This is my fifth model , and in the past builds I was also missing parts but were sent to me in about a months time which I still think is way too long to wait. Missing parts should be expedited a lot sooner!! When I do a build I always buy the full kit which I usually get in two weeks. So why does it take almost 3 months to get this part , which as of today has not been shipped. Does anyone out there ever have this problem?

I have sent Sofie many emails. She is part of the support team. Why can’t I get my part? I have purchased 5 models so far and I thought I would be treated a little better than I have. Agora May have lost me as a customer after this model is done. It’s a shame because I wanted to do the Titanic next!!

Hi, if we are waiting for the part then we cannot do too much more other than wait for it to arrive but we can see you have received many updates from Sophie and she had confirmed it ships within the next 10 days or so, so we are nearly there! We just need to wait for the part to arrive and it will be straight out to you 🙂

I have heard this before, telling me it will be in soon. It has been 3 months waiting. Is this acceptable? 
if you read these emails from Sophie, she states several times that my part will be sent soon. I don’t understand that a part takes this long to manufacture, when you have full kits of this model available and refuse to take the part from these available full kits. Terrible customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars on these models and thought I deserved more customer service. Read Sophie’s last email to me and then tell me why you are telling me in about 10 days it should be in . Getting conflicting emails from you.

I was told 2 weeks ago that my part would be sent the 3rd week of October or the following week. Well, the following week has passed and I still have no information that my part is being sent! I need a supervisor or someone that can truthfully tell me why a part from a large company as Agora can not get me a part that I have been waiting for 3 months now! It’s an important part that won’t let me go any further in my build! I need someone to give me some good news, because all I have received in the past 3 months is excuses.
