Pack 2, stage 8

In this stage, we build the bell housing, and starter motor. ***Note, I managed to take some BADLY out of focus pictures during this stage, so there are some missing steps. My apologies! It is all pretty self explanatory, and I shall endeavor to make sure my pics are in focus BEFORE moving on to the next step!***

 

We start by adding the linkage to the bell housing.

 

 

 

 We then  take the bell housing assembly, and screw it to the assembly from stage 7. (This is where I managed to break the linkages...) After this is assembled, the bell housing cover has the starter motor added. this is a press fit part, and is keyed.

The cover is then screwed to the bell housing and transmission assembly, and the second part of the starter motor is added, along with the starter coil. ***Note: the pin on the starter motor coil is positioned towards the outside.

Lastly, the fuel filter and a linkage are added.
