Der Motor/Getriebe für den Turm...

The Motor/Gearbox for the Tower...

 

Dieses Zahnrad hat viel zu viel Spiel und verursacht bei der Rechtsdrehung das Knattern/Durchrutschen der Zahnräder...

This gear wheel has far too much play and causes the gear wheels to rattle/slip when turning to the right...

 

Das sind 2mm Spiel....

That's 2mm play....

 

An dieser Lasche könnt ihr das Getriebe Öffnen...

You can use this tab to open the gearbox...

 

Die Schneckenwelle ist auch nicht korrekt montiert...Zu wenig Kraft auf dem ersten Zahnrad..

The worm shaft is also not mounted correctly... Too little power on the first gear..

 

Nehmt den Motor vorsichtig heraus und drückt die Schneckenwelle weiter nach außen...

Carefully remove the motor and push the worm shaft further outwards...

 

Setzt den Motor wieder ein...Die Schneckenwelle Arbeitet jetzt mit 4 Zähne des Zahnrades anstatt mit 2...

Reinstall the motor...The worm shaft now works with 4 teeth of the gear instead of 2..

 

So sollte das jetzt aussehen...

Ihr braucht 2 Unterlagsscheiben...

You need 2 washers...

 

Ihr müsst schauen das ihr welche nehmt die auf die Zahnradwelle passt, ohne das andere Zahnrad zu Berühren...Ihr könnt euch auch welche aus Kunststoff machen...Dicke 1 bis 2mm..

You have to make sure that you take one that fits on the gear shaft without touching the other gear...You can also make some out of plastic...thickness 1 to 2mm..

 

Setzt den Deckel wieder auf...Jetzt ist durch die Unterlagsscheiben mehr Druck auf dem Zahnrad und es kann sich nicht mehr verwinden...

Put the cover back on...Now the washers put more pressure on the gear wheel and it can no longer twist...

 

Funktionstest...Am Ende des Videos kommt der Funktionstest...
