Main guns not turning properly

I'm at stage 133 and when I tested all of the main guns they don't work properly. When I tested them out during the build they worked fine but now (I'm still in the process of the build) they don't. When I connected all the electronics and tested them the forward 2 guns only turn to port and the aft 2 guns only turn to starboard. When I hit the S1 button again all the guns except #3 return to the normal position (forward guns pointing forward and gun #4 pointing aft) Gun #3 then turns to port and stays there. Any suggestions/ideas on this?
