I've had some problems with the sizes of the self-tapping screws that go into the tail bearing housing and also the tail pushrods.

I ended up scuffing the paint on the tail with the screwdriver trying to work in the screws, I'd advise putting on some masking tape to protect the surface. I have the correct paints and plan to weather the exterior it later so I'm not too bothered. Just be advised it is difficult. Magnifiers and a set of tiny drills and screwdrivers (the one provided is a tad oversized isn't even magnetic).

I used a needle drill to pre-drill holes for the screws.

When I got to stage 01 step 5, these pieces feel loose, and still wobble after fitting the MPD surround in a later section. I ended up gluing them after fitting the MPD bezels 2 steps later.



The only other thing I would add is perhaps swapping the decals for the displays to be on opposite sides. While it isn't terribly important, by default the weapons page usually comes up on the left.

My rotor is dead waiting for replacement motor. Also map bit wouldn't stay put so I superglue it which messed it up !!!! Other than that great model so far.
