Pack 3 Elbow and hand issues

Having an issue with pack 3. The elbow joint and hand are very loose and won't hold position like the other hand/elbow. I think it has something to do with tr-3-17 or tr-3-46 new not tracking correctly. Is there a fix for this? if any miniscule pressure is placed on the hand or forearm it will not hold its position.  I was able to see that a piece of the wrist is broken. but I don't think that is causing the issues with the elbow? anyone else having this issue? I submitted a request to Agora but they said i should post on the forum.
