Assembling the left arm and chest

Start by mounting the two pivots, TR-12-150 to the shoulder joint TR-12-59. Next, with 4x PM 3 x 6 bolts and lock washers, mount the previous assembly to the left arm as completed way back when. Now, take the 2 trim pieces, apply glue where indicated, and affix to the left arm assembly.

The next piece to be mounted is TR-12-58. This is part of the hinge for the chest. Now, locate TR-12-147 and use all 4 of them to mount to the left and right hand chest pieces. As noted, if the hinge is a tough fit, place part 147 into the hole for the hinge instead. I ended up doing it this way, and it was much easier. Mount the chest assembly to the left arm, then using part TR-12-57, complete the hinge for the shoulder. Bolt parts 57 and 58 together with 3 PM 3 x 10 bolts, nuts, and washers.

Repeat the steps above for the right arm.
