Recommended Posts

Pack 12 will wrap up this outstanding build.

Start by finding the 2 TR-12-54 and 2 TR-12-146 parts. Assemble these as shown, paying close attention to the tabs on the end of part 146. then, slide the assembly into part TR-12-115.

Follow the above by adding parts TR-12-91 & 92 and secure these with a 2.3 x 6 screw. Step 4 adds TR-12-114 and 2x TR-12-146 to the assembly.

Step 5 creates a new sub assembly with TR-12-93, 77, and 76, all of which are fixed into place with 2 PB 2.3 x 6mm screws. This is mated up with the previous assembly with two more 2.3 x 6 screws.

Lastly, the two TR-12-56 parts are glued onto the assembly.

For the next steps you'll need the battery compartment, and parts TR-12-116 and 140. Run the cable of the battery compartment through the aperture in part 116, then attach the switch, fixing the switch with 2 2 x 4mm screws.  ( I neglected to photo this part...)

The next steps are for a couple body panels. You'll need TR-12-75, 47, and 113. to start. Assemble these as shown then repeat for the other set. In step 11, you'll need TR-12-171 (x2) and a good CA glue. glue the steel plate into the recess.

Now, you'll screw these 2 body panels to the battery box with 4 2.3 x 6 screws, after which 2 magnets will be glued to the battery box cover.
