Need some help please. Would the base stand and the remote transmitter work without the ship on the stand, ie; should the horn, fog horn and firing sound work?

Any help would be very much appreciated

I can confirm that the base will not turn on with the ship not installed.

Ship needs to be installed on the stand for the stand to initialise.
