Main circuit board speaker not working.....no sound

Howdy all. Finally got around to checking out the lights and sound. To my dismay i have no sound at all. Lights turn on/off with remote. No sound, all 3 buttons nothing happens. As far as i can tell everything else works properly. I tested the speaker on another source and it appears to work. Multimeter doesn't read at all. Dead amp maybe? Any body else experience this? Possible work around? Or just ask for a new board?
