  1. Mine are wobbly as well, still looking as to how to rectify it. Don't fancy buying a roll of Aluminum tape for such a small task.
  2. What did you use to replace the front engine mount. The originally supplied one prevent the steering arm given left lock.
  3. You can also download the online documents to view at your leisure whilst constructing the model
  4. Sellotape could be used if you do not have insulation tape.
  5. Coming from an electrical background, it's not good practice to have a metal switch in contact with a metal backing. In this case it's low voltage, so no shock, however, it could have the potential to run the batteries flat quicker then they should. Whilst the metal floor is painted, it could rub away as the switch is operated. Just a precaution really, as I say not harmful effects.
  6. I suspect it may cause issues. I think i seen the tape being added in the last video you uploaded regarding the cab
  7. Yes, the switch will close when the pedal is pressed. I would recommend placing some insulation tape between the metal floor plate and the switch though
  8. Either the front engine mount needs filing or the black steering arm needs to be shorter.
  9. If you turn the steering fully left, then move the wheels to full right lock, the holes in the two steering bar (black and sliver one) do not line up.
  10. Good Video. One thing I have come across whilst attempting to trial fit the cab, is that the steering rocker lever (36I) prevents full left lock as it hits the engine front mounting beam (29v). Looks like it may need to have a notch cut out.

    Detail suggestion

I had some 0.8mm brass rod left over from another project. After bending the rod to give a better routing, I then slipped the black hose over it. Looks a lot better than just the black hose. Not sure whether to paint it silver, or leave black as it gives some contract against the steel chassis.
  12. cleaning the paint from the mating surfaces of the bonnet and the hinge (1H) helps to close the gap a bit
