Stage 39 gives us the final details for the timing chest.

Take the two parts of the pulley and push them together to form the complete pulley.  It should look like this edge on.

Fit this to the pulley mount and secure it with a screw from the back.

Push this onto the timing chest.  There is a key so it will only fit one way.

Fit the water pump pipe to the timing chest as shown.

Fit the centre section to the lower section of the fuel pump.

Now push the top section on to hold it all together.  This will be fitted in a later stage.

This completes the stage.
