Stage 95, Fitting the tailpipes, door sills, doors and connecting pipes

Recommended Posts

We start off stage 95 with the tail lights. These are shaped to match the profile of the rear of the car, so pay attention when pressing the light housings into place. the posts on the light housings will assist obtaining the correct orientation.

Secure the lights from the inside of the body with 2 KP screws.

Next to be installed is the antenna base. secure the antenna base with an AP screw.

The antenna base is followed by the installation of the door sills. these are adhesive backed, and fit perfectly.

Following the installation of the door sills, the doors themselves are crewed into place. I had to fight getting the screws into place here, as there is not a lot of room to turn the screwdriver. I strongly recommend lubricating the screws with a bit of bar soap to assist driving the screws home.

Lastly, connect the various hoses in the engine compartment as per the directions.
