Has anyone else had this issue? Both my front wheels are loose on the axles. Anyone have any suggestions to tighten them got up? Was thinking maybe insulation tape?

Email customer services and ask for replacement parts. Add a photo of the damaged parts if you can.

Was the entire interior floor bare wood or was only the centre aisle uncovered wooden planks? Looking to do a bit of repainting to relieve the one piece colour, as per the rear deck as some have done.

Received an email this morning saying my Pack 3 is finally shipping, 15 days after payment was taken. Has anyone heard anything about whether subs from down under like me will have theirs shipped from Aus yet? I seem to recall it being said pack 1 would ship from the UK but then they would ship from Aus for the rest. Hasn’t happened yet.

I had my payment for pack 3 taken on March 1st and haven’t heard anything yet.

I’ve got the same issue. Waiting for a new stage one to be delivered as the last one got knocked over and one of the screw holes on the side guard snapped. It’s been saying item leaving UK since Friday 4th now but no further updates since. Very frustrating.

That’s good to know. I’ll look into doing this next payday. I only subbed in January so pack 3 is just shipping to me now.

I’m curious as to why? Almost all of the images I’ve seen online show the internal flywheel cover to be a similar colour to the wheel hubs. Or are you meaning underneath the bus?

added pic showing tabs arrowed that are for supporting chassis ... on a side note i noticed when I joined together those 2 big chassis pieces secured underneath with 4 screws and a plastic strip on top with 2 screws that even when tightened the chassis had a fair bit of slack and it easily flexed so I got some araldite glue and figured where all the places where the two parts met and applied the glue re screwed it together and clamped with 4 mini g clamps till glue set and it was solid absolutely no movement along the joint
Only problem was when it came to fitting those brackets for side bars two holes for tab and screw were right on that joint and I had inadvertently got glue in the holes luckily I have a handy little pencil drill and just cleared the holes out and fitted brackets but it made me realise I needed to rake care when building as you never know what goes where till further down the build

That’s a lot of weight to be putting on those support bars. They won’t bend under that weight?

9 days shipping from UK to NZ. Pretty good in the current climate.

And pack 2 is now completed. I know that watching videos on YouTube showing people building the bus shows just how big it is, but you really don’t realise the actual size until it’s in your hand. These chassis parts are huge and heavy. Can’t wait for pack 3!

Pack 2 is now on the way. Looking forward to the next installment. By the time it arrives in NZ, it will be close to the time for pack 3 to be paid for so hopefully it moves along a bit quicker over these next 2 packs.

Happy to report my build has commenced. My first pack was waiting in my doorstep when I got home from work. Have completed stages 1-4 so far. Next onto the first suspension arm in stage 5 but that will have to wait until tomorrow. Departed UK 7/1, arrived 17/1. Not bad for an 18,000km journey given the current climate.

I guess I should start off one of these threads. My first pack has departed the shores of Old Blighty, and is enroute to New Zealand. I am allowed to be excited now I think lol.

Finally ordered my first part of the routemaster build. Do we know if it’s all being shipped from Aus yet or is pack 1 still coming from UK? Was a bit gutted the first partwork didn’t make it down under so very happy that Agora has released it now.

Joy turned to disappointment today with the arrival of pack 3. The pack containing the drive unit pieces, stage 22 I believe, was missing from my box, so at this point pack 3 is 90% done. Hopefully they get it sent asap.
