  1. As much as this is frustrating we will receive the last 2 packs, that's me resigned to this delay and hoping these delays will cease to exist soon. Is this another shipping delay or a production issue?

  2. Hi, 2 questions for the admins.

    1. After downloading the instructions for packs 1-4 and attempting to convert the instructions with Pixillion to a JPEG the software cannot convert them correctly, possibly due to the colours used, therefore I cannot use them and now have to print and scan instead. Can this be resolved?

    2. Also the parts list does not name any part with its technical identifier\name which is pretty annoying. Why?

  3. Agora: Why are there no written instructions for the Tank and no mention of what each part is supposed to be other than the what is listed in the stages page? The highlighted parts are a good addition but surely someone can use a keyboard to type!

  4. It would be beneficial for builders if Agora could colour highlight the parts that are to be fitted from other parts ( instructions showing all parts black) in order to differentiate parts that are to be fitted from others that are not.

  5. The Routemaster bus was brilliant to build and was so satisfying. I would make some changes to the design with regard to the function switches as some of them are awkward to operate and also the figures that are supplied with the build are on the large side of the scale. The bus looks awesome though and its massive.

  6. I have pack 6 and paid for pack 7  9 days ago but still waiting for a tracking number. Agora you need to delay payments if you haven't got the packs and also you need to communicate to all customers if there are any delays.

Has anyone found that the GT500 doors appear both 'floppy' on their hinges and loose in the body frame? I appreciate that the hinges must provide some vertical movement to enable a better fit the aperture, but would appreciate any suggestions on how to keep them flush with the body rather than partially open whilst on display?

I replaced the retaining screw with one off another build as my doors were floppy. Both screws had lost their thread and both doors are a much better fit now. Also watch out for trapped wires and the obvious seatbelts getting trapped.

One thing I would have liked to have seen in this book is a bit more text. More info on the car its self, such as specs, articles like you would get in a magazine, rather than just 1 or 2 little paragraphs here and there, along side stuff linking it to our model if that makes sense?

Please don't take this as a negative as it is a beautiful book. I just would have liked some reading material along side it all too. One thing I like about partwork models is the articles that come in the weekly magazines, I was expecting something like this all collated into 1 large book all about the snake and our model

It is a beautiful book and you are correct more of the written history would have been great.

  9. Pack 10 completed and it is looking fantastic. Shock absorbers installed. The Fenders are gorgeous and have been put loosely into place with the front grill. With only 2 packs left you can imagine how heavy they will be  with the roof, bonnet and rear of the car to come.
