Construction phase 56 - Rear left shock absorber and brake

Take the cylinder of the shock absorber and put it in the base plate, fasten both together
by pushing the pin through the opening to fix it.
Then we insert the component from below into the chassis at the rear right and screw it together from above
an MP01 screw.
We then insert the upper end of the shock absorber into the cylinder and screw it to the
Leaf spring holder, again with an MP01 screw.

Construction phase 57 - The left rear wheel

Now we heat some water and put the tire there for about 1-2 minutes. SO the rubber becomes softer.
Take the tire out of the water bath and carefully press the rim into the tire until it is properly seated.

Turns the wheel around and applies the brake to the wheel hub from behind. Now guide the wheel and brake to the model
and mounts the wheel on the axle with an MP03 screw.
Finally, the hub cover is put on.

Construction phase 58 - Rear right shock absorber and brake

Now insert the cylinder of the shock absorber into the base plate and fasten both again with the pin.
Then the component is inserted again from below on the model and from above with an MP01 screw
screwed.
Now insert the upper end of the shock absorber into the cylinder and screw it down with an MP03 screw
on the bracket of the leaf spring.
We only need the brake when we have finished the right wheel.

Construction phase 59 - The right rear wheel

Now briefly heat the tire again in a water bath and then press it onto the rim.
We put the brake on the wheel hub from behind and then guide the wheel to the model.
Screw the wheel to the axle with an MP03 screw and finally put the wheel hub on.

Construction phase 60 - the exhaust system

In order to be able to mount the exhaust system, we unfortunately have to dismantle a plate from the chassis.
For this we remove the necessary screws and put everything aside.
Then insert the exhaust system made of BP54 from below behind the axle and screw it to the chassis
six MP01 screws on the chassis.
Then put the base plate back in and screw it down as usual.
Now we take the components of this construction phase. First place the halves of the silencer on the appropriate one
Opposite side and screw them with two MP02 screws each.
Then attach the exhaust pipes to the chassis from below and insert the ends into the tailpipes.
Then screw everything to the chassis with four MP01 screws.

Construction phase 61 - the steering wheel

Put the handlebar on the pinion and press it tight.
Now guide the microswitch for the horn into the handlebar cover and press it firmly.
Place the handlebar in the shaft and lay the cable sideways past it. Now assemble the second half
the handlebar cover.
Now press the steering wheel from the front onto the handlebar and mount the horn button.

Construction phase 63 - The spare wheel

First, put the tire briefly in warm water to soften it. Pushes the tire
then on the rim.

Now guide the steering wheel through the cockpit from the inside and mount it with the bracket from the rear of the cockpit.
Aligns the front wheels in the direction of travel and places the pinion of the handlebar on the pinion of the steering.
Then press the mounting plate onto the pinion.
Now we mount the interior on the chassis. Screw this with four MP01 screws from below.

Now pull out the trunk lining made of BP62 again and attach the side panels to it.

Construction phase 47 - The right rear inside

Now first mount the ashtray in the inner lining and screw it to one from behind
MP01 screw. Then the door opener is inserted and also from behind with an MP01 screw
screwed.
Now we bring the interior lining up to the model as shown in the pictures and assemble it
with three MP01 screws.
Then we insert the foldable backrest into the holes with the pins on the side, as you can see. It recommends
the screws on a side panel can be easily loosened for insertion and then tightened again.

Construction phase 49 - roll bars and belts

Now take the heater and insert it from behind on the dashboard.
Screw this with two screws MP01.

Then you take the straps and insert them into the holders, fold the metal bracket around them
no longer dissolve.
Then screw the brackets to the roll bar with one MP05 screw each.
Then insert the roll bar on the model as shown, paying attention to the alignment of the belts.
Screws the roll bar to the chassis with two MP05 screws.

You then pull the open ends of the straps through the floor and fasten the metal bracket with something

Now move the belts over the seats.

Construction phase 52 - The left front tire

Now put some hot water in a bowl and sweep the tire there for about 1 minute.
this makes the rubber softer and easier to pull over the rim.

Then we take the steering knuckle and the brake disc and put them together.
From the front we then put on the brake disc cover.
Slides the brake cylinder sideways over the brake discs and screws it to an MD04
Screw from behind.
Now we can put the brake system and the wheel together and with an MD02 screw together
screw. It helps to put a drop of oil on the screw so that it can be screwed in more easily.

Insert the two tailpipes with a drop of superglue each.

Attaching the front wheels

Now take both wheels and the steering linkage in front of you.
Mount the steering linkage on the wheel hub as shown in the pictures and screw it onto each one
Side with an MD02 screw.
Then we put the handlebar on the model. Pay attention to the toothing for the handlebar
properly in position.
Then insert the wheel hubs into the upper and lower steering knuckles and secure all four with each
an MD02 screw.

Hi Mario, wie das anders geht weis ich. Aber ich poste den Beitrag in 5 anderen Foren auch noch. Wenn das hier nun nicht mehr geht, ist mein Bautagebuch in diesem Forum leider beendet. Über 60 Bilder einzeln rein zubringen ist zuviel arbeit, so viel Zeit hab ich nicht.

It continues with the interior of our SuperSnake.
Take the first front doormat and insert it as shown. Presses this

First, we insert both belt buckles into the back floor.
then we put the rear floor on the front and screw both
with four MP01 screws.
Then guide the straps through the floor as shown and fix them from below.

Construction phase 37 - The dashboard (3)

First insert the radio into the dashboard and secure it with two MP01 screws.
Then you take the watch and insert the dial. Then you insert the pane of glass.
Now mount the front part of the clock and screw everything together with an MP05 screw.
The clock is then inserted into the dashboard and secured with an MP05 screw.
Now insert the back part of the glove compartment and screw it down with three MP01 screws.
From the inside we are now assembling the flap of the glove compartment.

Finally we mount the dashboard on the floor with two MP03 screws.

Now get the dashboard again in front of us and insert the stickers.
Then you take the first chrome strip and insert the speedometer glasses.
Now leads the first chrome strip onto the dashboard. Then you put the
second chrome strip.
Then screw the strips from behind with three screws MP01.
Then stick the Shelby logo on the base and insert it into the dashboard.
You screw this from behind with two MP05 screws.

Then we put the two microswitches in the bracket and mount them on the floor.

The accelerator pedal and brake pedal should now operate both microswitches.

Take a bracket and a wishbone and put them together, push a step through
the holes. We assemble the other wishbone in the same way.
Then mount the wishbones on the chassis with two MD06 screws each.

Construction phase 31 - stabilizers and wheel suspension

Attaches the stabilizers to the front chassis from below. Fix it from above with two screws
MP03.
Use a pin on each of the suspension. So the wheel suspension remains mobile.

Finally, we insert the handlebars as shown. Secure this with some paper tape
provisionally.

Now mount both brackets of the wheel suspension on the chassis and fasten them with it
one MD06 screw each.
Then we put the steering gear on the chassis and screw it to an MP01
Screw.
Now we take the steering linkage again and put the steering arm on. Attach this
with an MD02 screw. Make sure that the steering arm remains movable.

Align the handlebars as you can see in the pictures and screw all three together
with two screws MD02.
Make sure that the handlebars remain flexible.

Now we mount a splash guard on the front chassis at the fender.
Insert these as you can see and screw both with two screws each
MD06.

Now insert the gearbox on the middle chassis and fasten it with two
MP01 screws.
We now also put the cross member on top of the gearbox and fasten it with it
two screws type MP01.
