The instructions give you the option of fitting the spare wheel now or after the under-panel is in place.  I chose the later, but it's still quite difficult getting the spare wheel in place.

Screw the rear under-panel in place.

There are two screw covers supplied.  Note that they are different left and right.  The right cover has two tabs whereas the left only has one.  I found these were too tight and needed to scrape the paint off them to get them to fit.

Even then they needed a good push to drive them home!

Now is a good time to fit the wheels if you didn't fit them before.  Make sure you get the left and right hub caps on the right way round.

Now you can fit the spare wheel and its clamp.;

This completes the stage.

Hello,
the sprue points on your bumpers are a bit smaller than on my parts, but it's still ugly.

Why did they put these on the tops? from below they would be significantly less disturbing.

The bumpers only go on one way round.  The overrider (the vertical part) would be upside down if you flipped them over.

Die Stoßstangen gehen nur in eine Richtung. Der Overrider (der vertikale Teil) würde auf dem Kopf stehen, wenn Sie ihn umdrehen würden.

that is clear, the assembly only goes in one direction.

It's about the ugly sprue points, which are directly on the visible side at the top.

That should have been solved differently.

Ah, I see what you mean now.  They are almost hidden under the light cluster when the model is finished.  I hadn't noticed them until you mentioned it.

There isn't much you can do without risk damaging the chrome finish.  The plastic underneath is black, so sanding off the sprue point is likely to leave a black mark which will look even worse.
