  1. I don't think anyone from Agora looks here any more. That take the money on time then ship days,weeks,months later. Never an explanation unless the customer inquires. I have a problem with my account and no one step up to get it fixed . Maybe they took on more than they can handle
  2. I have been asking about it since December. Quote "we will have tech look into it". You would think people who have multiple subscriptions would get better service. I have three active subscriptions but can only see one. I have also completed 9 others. I guess that does not qualify me for any extra attention. I will not order any others until it get fixed

  4. General Lou, who at Agora can help me get my online account fixed. I am only able to see one of my three subscriptions. Been asking for help for weeks. I have already completed 9 agora models and am working on 3 now. I think I would get a little better service
  5. there are issues with the hood being bent. The first one I received was off 6-7mm on one side. The replacement is off 1-2mm. I have not assembled it yet but I am don't think it will line-up with the doors etc. correctly. I think this is a serious quality issue that Agora needs to address. II have already had to disassemble quite a bit and damaged some parts the first time to replace the bent hood. Now the replace is also bent, altough not as much.
  6. The hood is bent so it will not close right and fit flush with the doors. The first one I received was bent approx. 3/8" from one side to the other. The replacement I received is not as bad, but it is still not straight
  7. I am having trouble getting the front body to fit correctly and match evenly with the doors. I set on a table and it seems to be bent. The right corner sits of the table about 6mm.

    Has pack 11 been shipped out. I have seen photos of pack 11 in the build section.
  9. Don't really want to go back and forth, I just want to finish the model, but I am signed up for the emails and have never seen one addressing the delevery issues with the Leopard
  10. I never get emails regarding late deliveries unless I first ask. It would be nice if Agora was more proactive and let us know what was going on. Currently waiting on pack 10 of a one year build that should have ended in April.
  11. There is something going on with this tank. I have other models from Agora and am not having the same issues. Someone from Agora should let us know what the problem is with the tank. I received pack one in May, 2021 on a one year plan. Should have completed in April 2022 but as of today I only have up to pack 9. I have already paid for 10 & 11 months ago

  14. I am working on other Agora models and they ship pretty regular, but I ordered them after they had been out for a few months. I ordered the Leopard as a pre-order order. The Leopard has been a real struggle. They changed my last payment date from this month to August so I am thinking that 10-11-12 will all be a struggle to get. Good thing is that it has been going together well so far.

  16. You are wrong, per customer service pack 9 has not shipped yet so they can't provide tracking details
  17. I have already paid for packs 9 10 and 11. The payments are always taken on schedule even though the deliveries are months behind.

    If pack 12 will be ready in early July why was my last payment date just changed to the middle of august.. seems like you don't expect it to be ready u ntilntil end of August or later.

    I know without contacting, "sometime this month depending on the ports". Something must be going on with the Leopard and maybe management should put out a statement. The build is many months behind, seems like there may be issues not the "ports"

    I have paid ahead for packs 9. 10, & 11. When might the shipments start. It has been two months since package 8 was shipped. What's going on. This was on a one year plan that started last May. Should have been complete in April

    I subscribe to the email updates which are mostly just announcements on new products There are never any emails showing were items are. You shouldn't use stuck in port.

    I have purchased many models for Agora and they are all great, but I still can't believe that Agora does not ever reach out when there are delays etc. The customer always has to make the first contact. FYI, I have purchased the Bismark, the Shelby Cobra, Porsche, Shelby Mustang, Rouemaster, Leopard A26, Jaguar E-Type and pre-ordered the Titanic.

    I was charged for pack 9 on March 21 and I was charged for pack 10 on April 21. Still no word on deliveries. Asked customer service as Agora Sam suggested and the answer was, "May with a date TBC, as as we can get it through the ports". I am curious if the instruction for these two packs is also stuck in the port since they have not been posted on-line. Models are great and the customer service is good, but the deliveries suck. I understand there may be issues but why not be upfront and honest. I started a monthly subscription in May 2021 and should have received the final pack in April 2022. As it is now I hope I will receive the final back in August. Agora Sam should be honest rather than always say check with customer service.
