Hi again I am finishing up the cobra, but a few parts are missing so don’t know when they will show up. I am still on the fence on the tank, just nowt sure if I want to deal with the delivery issues. Thanks for the reply. Winters coming and I have to make a decision, also I am waiting my discount code for the next kit.

Hi, I am building the cobra and still waiting for pack 11., but question is on the tank, I see you are presently building it, how was the delivery to the US, I live in MA and so far the delivery on cobra has not been very good. Also I see you are having a few quality issues, after you get these issues sorted do you think this a good quality model. Thanks in advance for help you can give me

Did you over tighten the screws? If you did add a touch of glue to the screw hole and install the screws , it should hold.

after examination and start of assembly some remarks
- the front suspensions are easier to assemble if the wheels are removed, unlike what they do at Agora
- the wheel fixing bolts are too short and they screw up easily (2) I replaced with longer ones with washer
-the front shock absorbers actually disengage if the car is lifted; if the additional accessories of the front axle (rack and stabilizer bar) do not prevent this too great downward travel, we will have to find a way to eliminate this defect because once the car is finished it will be a hassle to rewind the shock absorbers
-the plastic of the wheel arches is really raw plastic and deserves a little satin black paint to be cleaner!
- and for aesthetics I am going to paint the springs in red and you have to put a small black washer at the foot of each spring to center them on the shock absorber otherwise they go off to the side.

I left the wheels off until the front suspension issue gets resolved. It is a lot easer to install the front suspension with wheels off.

we pay for post and packing and maybe if we have bad luck income taxes.

Wow it looks like we will have a rolling chassis. Can’t wait!! I probably won’t get it until March sometime. Keep me posted when you receive pack 5.

other note if you are just starting pack 4 it’s easer to put the engine and drive shaft after you finish the rear suspension.

I just completed pack 4 and I see what you mean about the engine sag a little, but I did notice on the frame there are holes right where the engine mounts should go. Not sure if they are for the engine mounts, but seems funny they are there.

Just wondering have you found the wire to wrap around the spool. If so what gauge and color would be right. I looked and could not find any pictures or info. Thanks in advance.
