  1. I ran into this issue myself. Make certain the front motor mount is not sitting on the triangle casting and the engine is more or less level with the frame rails.
  2. Good Heavens! There are a lot of seats on a Routemaster!

  3. The Concorde was the pinnacle of British engineering. In my opinion the British Airways Concorde of the 1970s was THE most beautiful aircraft ever built. Agora group, what say you about a 1/??? scale model of the Concorde?
  4. Ferrari... Why could we not get an old fashion Morris Marina with a piano in the hood?
  5. The Lago is a beautiful and truly unappreciated automobile. Most of the early Talbots were beautifully striking. I believe the issue lies that probably most people remember Talbot in the 80's and were not beautiful or striking. The Talbot Tagora is what comes to mind when I hear "Talbot" A car so forgettable, I had to Google it:
  6. That would look great with the Routemaster. The scale would be off a bit, but a green Mini with a Union Jack on the top would be perfect.
  7. I've only seen bits and pieces of the movie. Savannah however has seen it hundreds of times. Lawless is one of her favourites.
  8. If it were a P-51, then the "B" model. Specifically Captain Bill Overstreet's "Berlin Express" as I had the honor to meet and fly with him, an RC model airplane, before he died in 2013. He was, as I am, a member of a local flying club in Roanoke, Virginia, United States. The airplane was a Hobbico Playmate... A far--- FAR cry from the Mustang Capt. Overstreet flew under the Eiffel Tower during WWII in pursuit of a 109. Everyone knows this picture, nicked from the interwebs:
  9. I'm certain this is code for something.... If Howard has whiskey, where is Howard and please may I join him?
  10. Working on the Routemaster today:

  11. I've considered the T-800 as R2's companion. But now Optimus Prime is being released... I agree! Optimus would make a good stand in for C-3PO.
  12. With the availability of R2-D2, it would make sense to have a 1/2 scale C-3PO. The golden droid would stand about 88 cm (or 34 inches tall) of course be poseable (or some limited autonomous movement), eyes would light, capable of speaking famous 3PO phrases, possibly interact with an R2-D2 replica. I would certainly send my money for a C-3PO model.
  13. Oh! Now there's a classic! This Model A belonged to my Dad and was seen in the movie "Lawless". My daughter Savannah was pretty good at driving it.
  14. That is a tough choice, the Adam West or Michael Keaton Batmobile. What about a set of 1/43 action hero vehicles? Like Fanhome is doing with the American Muscle cars? I would still love to do a 1/8 Batmobile though.
  15. The Cord would make a great model. The Jaguar E Type and Lamborghini Miura are in my top ten list of most beautiful cars, as is the Cord 812.
