  1. Received my box this morning! Can't wait to get this started.
  2. Airwolf - How about a model of Airwolf, that jet powered Mach 1 plus helicopter from the TV series? Agora could do a great job with the electronics, hidden weapons that pop out, and the model could play the theme from the show.
  3. Great job Agora Models on your battery location for the Shelby Mustang Super Snake. I've built several large scale car models including your Shelby Cobra and now your Shelby Mustang Super Snake and others from other companies, and your battery placement is the best ever. Putting the location for the batteries to power the model inside the real car battery location is great. Batteries can be changed without having to pick up and turn over the model. Just open the car hood, lift up the model car battery, and that's where the batteries to power the model go. Great thinking and so easy to access.
  4. Thanks S4Simon. I didn't know that.
  5. R2D2 from Star Wars. Agora Models would do a great job if they were to make such a model. Complete with lights and sound including lots of beeps and chirps.
  6. How about an old antique car, such as a Brass Era Ford Model T? Or something a bit newer, like a Ford Model A?
  7. Welcome. I finished the Shelby Cobra and am getting ready to start on the Shelby Super Snake. The Jaguar will probably be the next Agora Models model that I will get.
  8. I didn't care for the ends of the exhaust pipes on the Cobra model as supplied, especially how they were closed off with just the hint of an opening in the chromed inside. So I took a small drill and drilled out the inside. Then used a needle file to smooth the openings and scrape off the chrome plating on the inside so paint would stick better. Then I painted the inside with flat black paint. I didn't need to drill all the way through, just drilled into the pipes enough to give the impression that they are actual pipes. Much more realistic I think.
  9. I'm building the Ecto-1 as well. Do you all know what's going on with Eaglemoss? I can't even get to their site on the internet anymore. Just get those Error 404 messages. Have they closed down? I'd appreciate any information, or even speculation, anyone can supply. Thanks.
