  1. Thanks to all. #Kitman thanks for your reply. The parcel had been sent to a local address by mistake. Luckily the honest occupant had held onto it.
  2. I had been waiting weeks for part 3 of the collection. However, it had been sent to a local incorrect address. All sorted now, Sophie in Customer Services was very helpful.
  3. Not sure if this is the correct section to post in? Is anyone else having problems getting deliveries? They took payment weeks ago and I am still waiting! Customer Services keep saying it's on its way. The Post Office say they haven't got it. Really fed up!
