Thanks Pierre! You could be right, but I’m not sufficiently familiar with the car to say either way. It struck me as an odd place to have an air cooler, but I’ve never seen a rear diff oil cooler either.

Nice work: the details are interesting
as for that air filter!
Couldn't this be an Eligor / Agora error?
is it not rather an oil cooler for cooling the oil of the axle / rear differential!
like in this picturehttps://www.mikadoracing.com/index.php?action=DETAILLER&id_annonce=1887078
it's only a question that I ask

Stage 85. The one we've all been waiting for!! And it is worth the wait. Not only is it one of the best looking sports cars ever designed, the finish is brilliant. It's just gorgeous.
Now let's get to work!
Firstly, put down cloth of some sort to protect the paintwork when you're working on the body. I use a towel. You don't want to scratch the paintwork.
Fitting the door catches is easy, but add a drop of lubricant to the screw holes to help the screws go in without stripping the heads.
Now add the dashboard. The fitted nicely with just a couple of screws.
Fitting the doors.
I like to fit the doors when they are in the closed position as it helps to make sure the fit properly.
Put the door in position, then hold it in place with some masking tape. Note, masking tape, not Cellotape, or parcel tape, and most definitely not duct tape! Masking tape will come off cleanly without leaving a residue. Other tapes may leave sticky marks or even worse, pull the paint off.Anyway, once the door is taped in position, fit the screws and then carefully remove the tape. Make sure it opens and closes nicely.
They look the bees knees !
nice carpet for the seats !!!!

Hello all
this kit actually comes originally from the publisher Hachette and is manufactured by the IXO company. Agora is therefore also only a distributor.
the distribution ended in 100 n ° almost two years ago in england and australia only.
I mounted it: friends sent it to me in France from England every 6 weeks.
it is a magnificent model with very many parts sometimes not easy to assemble.
I don't know if Agora will follow, but in the different N ° there were about ten characters including the driver, the controller and passengers.here is a finished photo.

Thank you, both for your kind words.
Hello everyone
I join you on pack 11
the bodywork: excellent, perfect, both in terms of the quality of the parts and the delivery times
no paint variation with other body parts
a perfect fit of the doorsbut but: you are going to say that the French only know how to moan!
the windshield frame of pack 10 is made of metal: perfect,
why in pack 11 are the side ventilation grilles of the body made of plastic: it can be seen: and it is really to save money as they said in France
the same goes for the bumper tips: what a disillusionment: they are plastic !!!!!I am still impatiently awaiting the 12 pack with I hope the fuel hoses that go to the carburetor and a good copy of the accelerator!
wait and seekind regards to all

Every part of the design goes to Shelby in Las Vegas for approval, and every model component once ready for production also goes to Shelby for individual sign-off, so we are confident that our model is an accurate replica of a 1965 S/C.
I understand your answer
but the reality of a real Cobra requires the existence: of a starter motor, fuel supply hose for the carburettors, engine mounts as original, a steering rack that does not swing without support!
I have already asked these questions to you: there is a contradiction between reality and the copy made: how could the Shelby association you are talking about let these errors pass !!!
why don't you illustrate the montage with photos of the real one so that we can see the quality of the reproduction !! -

at the moment there are many loopholes, errors and approximations. But in France we know the clear difference in the quality of the reproduction of the details between the manufacturer Eligor of the Cobra and the achievements of Ixo who often modify details when the manufacturers that we are unite and make complaints.
I'm still waiting for answers about the missing starter motor, poorly designed engine mounts, and the fuel line to the carburetor.
Questions asked several times to customer service, to Sam and on the live chat since the delivery of pack 3. -

Hello everybody
I finished editing it a long time ago!
I had forgotten this story from the book
your post reminds me that I had actually received an email from Agora promising a wonderful book on the Cobra 427 for all subscribers. Is this an error on my part?
it's April 5 and I don't know of any subscribers in France who have received this book
what is it exactly?
when should it be distributed in France?
in France there is a proverb: promises only bind those who listen to them: not those who make them!!!!
I hope that will not be the case for this book.
