    Hi Agora,

    Paid for plasma rifle 14th April and it is still not received. Can you guys investigate with royal mail where item is?

    Tracking is : LG453652319GB

    It states sender has to investigate when I try get royal mail to investigate. It has been stuck since 19th May in Langley hwdc UK.

    It has been in limbo since June 2nd. Is it held up by Customs, lowest possible priority paid for by sender or someone at the USPS doesn't like the look of the box? The next update will say it's in New York, then Dallas, one or two stops more, then Houston and finally my doorstep. This is how it usually happens. It's frustrating, yes, so a little patience or you'll get gray hair.  

    Now the solution is for Agora to use UPS or FEDEX only (for packages) and leave the USPS for letters. But that probably won't happen. I've received packages from the UK via UPS and it breezes to my happy self, no limbo or Twilight Zone.

    It can be a long wait, but it's worth it.  Hang in there.

    Ye its weird. Same issues in Australia. 

    My pack 11 was sent like 16th may and came end of may. I got all types tracking updates as usual.

    My plasma rifle was sent 19th may and nothing since 20th may. I just have this :

    Same concerns. I'm worried they are purposely waiting till we finish the packs in 2.5 months before telling us we cannot get it.

    Which will be annoying as my initial correspondence with them 9 months ago before I commenced and lost money through hachette confirmed they will offer it to us and when I asked a few months ago in this forum about my australian customs concerns they said they were investigating and will advise but nothing.

    Also they have advised me twice provately after asking for my email in the last few days they will email me to arrange the plasma rifle but nothing yet.

    Happy to wait but would just like to know what is going on.

    Must be luck I got mine 3 weeks ago. Took 8 days to Australia. Normally would take 4 weeks.

    Sorry i should have been more specific.

    Australia had strict customs rules in regards to replica firearms.

    Will you guys have that covered prior to shipping to us australian customers ? I assume so as it is listed as available unlike the Hachette subscription.

    Or is it something we have to organise and investigate?

    Waynes world who reviewed pack 2 on youtube for Agora said in his comment section it would be available in the summer. If he is correct that would be soon. 

    I can't wait for the gun as Hachette were not providing it to Australian subscribers so i went with Agora who are.

    Interested to know when it is available also and price roughly.
