Hi Agora, Paid for plasma rifle 14th April and it is still not received. Can you guys investigate with royal mail where item is? Tracking is : LG453652319GB It states sender has to investigate when I try get royal mail to investigate. It has been stuck since 19th May in Langley hwdc UK.

Ye its weird. Same issues in Australia. My pack 11 was sent like 16th may and came end of may. I got all types tracking updates as usual. My plasma rifle was sent 19th may and nothing since 20th may. I just have this : Thursday 20 May 2021 03:53 Item Received by Royal Mail LANGLEY HWDC Wednesday 19 May 2021 16:44 Item Despatched to Royal Mail site Exeter MC 16:30 Item received at Exeter MC Tuesday 18 May 2021 12:26 Sender preparing item

Anyone had pack 11 ship? Charged on 28th. Normally shipped within a week.

Would be great for them as they can offer something other than cars, ships etc. And me haha

Same concerns. I'm worried they are purposely waiting till we finish the packs in 2.5 months before telling us we cannot get it. Which will be annoying as my initial correspondence with them 9 months ago before I commenced and lost money through hachette confirmed they will offer it to us and when I asked a few months ago in this forum about my australian customs concerns they said they were investigating and will advise but nothing. Also they have advised me twice provately after asking for my email in the last few days they will email me to arrange the plasma rifle but nothing yet. Happy to wait but would just like to know what is going on.

Yep you are correct exactly the same. Thanks. Must be luck I got mine 3 weeks ago. Took 8 days to Australia. Normally would take 4 weeks.

- Plastic cutter. I bought these from ebay https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/313104356552 - A longggggg PH00 screwdriver with min 10cm reach for the pistons. Otherwise you cannot reach the screw. - I also bought magnifier glasses as my eyes aint the best. Some quite fiddly bits along the way.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry i should have been more specific. Australia had strict customs rules in regards to replica firearms. Will you guys have that covered prior to shipping to us australian customers ? I assume so as it is listed as available unlike the Hachette subscription. Or is it something we have to organise and investigate? Thanks in advance
