Cobra Build Advice

Recommended Posts

Not sure of this is the right forum/place to ask for comments/ideas from others who are or have built the Colby Cobra car.

This is my first build of an Agora model, to date my experiences have been with D'agostini and Pocher. When I submersed one of the tyres in hot water to soften ahead of fitting to the rim, I have found that the white infill on the tyre 'Goodyear' has cracked and flaked off noticeably. But only on side of the tyre. Does anyone know if the white infill was transferred on or sprayed or tampo printed? In other words, can it be repaired easily? I hope it does not happen to all 4 wheels.

What has been the experiences of others and if so how have you overcome it?

Thanks in advance of any replies/comments/advice
