What web site do I use to aquire add ons for the Bismarck and where do I aquire the power pack to operate the Bismarck off my electrical main at home (US)

screws are called PM AM etc what does the abbreviations mean ????

Got my first Bismarck pack last week and it was shipped from the UK ?????? I thought they had a warehouse in the USA and shipped from there.
