Just starting builds on the bismarck and cobra models and have contacted customer service a couple of times.  Taking a minute to express my appreciation for Sophie's quick and helpful responses.  Much appreciated!

Hello,

 

well i dont know about service, but im waiting for some orders back from march and april this year for my terminator.

The order from july is also missing. Today i got a package. Sticker says 6 Kilo and in the package were 5 little steps for building the endoskeleton.

 

Has Agora uk delivery problems? Also do i have to pay  customes if i order from germany? I mean because of the brexit.
