CPU PORT MOD - Part 1

 

What will you need:

1) Skull part from issue 17 (hole was made with waterjet in local company for about 25 EUR)

2) Cheap plastic IKEA leg for bathroom cabinet

3) Silver spray

4) Some basic tools

 

Hole in the skull part was made in company with waterjet cutting machine.

EYES MOD

 

What will you need:

1) Fluorescent acrylic rod 5mm diameter

2) 2V 20mA Red LEDs with low intensity

3) Water tap strainer

4) Some basic tools inc. soldering tools

Shame that most people won't have a waterjet in their "basic tools" kit.

Hi, of course not (but I love to 🙂 ) there is a lot of companies you can place order (as is written in the video) in my case price was 25 EUR, which is not cheap, but acceptable price if you want to do it.

 

But good point to mention it also here, thank you.

CPU PORT MOD - Part 2: Custom Battery Pack

 

What will you need:

1) 3x N type battery holder + 3 N type 1,5V battery

2)Former battery pack

3) Soldering equipment + some wire leftovers

4) Superglue

5) Some basic tools

Easy peasy lemon squeezy diy thoracic cage to pelvis wobble fix with (almost) no cost

What will you need:

1) 2x 6x30mm dowel

2) 2x aprox 3x30mm screw

3) 4x d=20mm felt pad (round things under furniture protecting the floor)

Hose mod part 1 - make it more film-accurate

What will you need:

1) 3mm and 5mm diameter pulling spring

2) Nails

3) strange nuts (don't know what exactly it is)

4) IKEA shelf pegs

5) Dremel + basic tools
