Stage 22, Fitting the cockpit floor and handbrake cable.

This stage starts to make it look like a car!

 

We start by adding the handbrake cable spring to the frame. Insert the U shaped end into the hole on the right side of the chassis frame. In step 2, the floor is fit into position and fixed into place with 4x IP screws.

Step 4 is adding the handbrake assembly. Secure the handbrake cable with another IP screw. Insert the V shaped end of the spring into the handbrake cable assembly prior to screwing the assembly into place. Lastly, in Step 5, the handbrake cable bushing is pressed into place over the end of the handbrake cable.
