Kitman
Has anyone found that the GT500 doors appear both 'floppy' on their hinges and loose in the body frame? I appreciate that the hinges must provide some vertical movement to enable a better fit the aperture, but would appreciate any suggestions on how to keep them flush with the body rather than partially open whilst on display? hagis2017
hi kitman, you really need to have the hinges screwed tight to the body, make sure the bed well, keeping the door closed when doing so, kept the doors inline also

I replaced the retaining screw with one off another build as my doors were floppy. Both screws had lost their thread and both doors are a much better fit now. Also watch out for trapped wires and the obvious seatbelts getting trapped.
